This notice explains how A4 Engineers P.C. handles information connected with A4 Places.
Information you choose to send
When you use the website enquiry form or contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the information included in your communication. Form submissions are transmitted through Resend, our email delivery provider, and are not stored in a website lead database. We use the information to answer your enquiry, provide property information and arrange requested follow-up.
Website operation and measurement
The hosting platform processes technical request and security information necessary to deliver and protect the website. If you accept measurement, PostHog EU Cloud measures page views, project and property interactions, scroll depth, campaign and referrer information, and general browser, device and approximate country information. Google Ads and the Meta Pixel measure visits and record a conversion only after the email provider accepts an enquiry for delivery, using a non-identifying enquiry reference to prevent duplicate counts. The form contents, name, email address and telephone number are not sent to Google Ads or Meta; enhanced conversions, automatic capture and session recording are disabled. You may decline measurement or change your privacy choice at any time.
Sharing and retention
We do not operate a website enquiry database or sell visitor information. Communications may be shared only with members of the A4 Engineers project team who need them to respond. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, project administration and applicable legal obligations.
