Scope of sale and buyer choice
Téssera is an off-plan apartment sale in a building already under construction. Mourí and Pétra are sales of land or property with active building permits; Próvarma is offered during design and permitting, following Approval of Building Terms. These are not sales of completed homes, and their asking prices do not include construction. Appointing A4 Engineers for design, supervision or construction is optional; subject to the applicable approvals, the buyer may retain or revise the design and appoint another professional or construction team.
Architectural imagery
Architectural images show the A4-designed permitted proposals at Mourí and Pétra, and the developing design intent at Próvarma. They communicate the potential of each property; they do not represent completed buildings included in the asking price or designs the buyer is required to construct.
Buyer review
Every buyer should appoint independent legal, tax and technical advisers, confirm title and permit information, inspect the property and review the final contractual documentation before making a commitment.
